Terms of delivery and payment
General information on shipping:
In principle, every shop order can be collected in 8610 Uster.
We ship parcels up to a maximum of 30Kg with DPD.
For larger deliveries, we can organise transport via our forwarding agent.
The transport price for purchases by the pallet applies to German-speaking Switzerland - for deliveries to French-speaking Switzerland, Valais and Ticino, the transport costs are charged according to the effective distance.
Special instructions for shipping abroad:
Deliveries abroad may be subject to customs duties, taxes and charges which are not included in the total price shown.
